Last year, we shared initiatives to turn around the business and Reclaim the Flame. This year, as we gather at Convention, the initiatives we are already working on will become part of a more comprehensive, longer-term plan that will build on that work, as we continue our path to Reclaim the Flame.
This makes this year’s Convention an extremely important moment in time for all of us as we lay out a holistic business strategy, and as a key part of that — our brand positioning. This framework for the future is being built upon the groundwork laid last year with the first phase of our Reclaim the Flame plan and in partnership with our Franchisees and new advertising agency.
The collaboration and connections during Convention will be that much more meaningful this year. The brand and Franchisees need to use this time to align on the plan, understand our roles, and execute with the conviction, desire and enthusiasm to be our Guests’ first choice for a high-quality meal, an exceptional experience and a great value.
